AQUAPOWER carries several benefits, including providing resistance that leads to more significant strains to the muscles, which in turn leads to higher energy expenditure per session.
AQUAPOWER maximizes these benefits by providing a full-body workout that engages all muscle groups, leading to higher calories burning in shorter time frames than traditional workout programs.
Our program is perfect for anyone looking to incorporate a fun and effective way to burn calories while also enjoying the benefits of water training. Whether you are an experienced athlete looking to take your training to the next level or just starting your fitness journey, AQUAPOWER is designed to meet your needs efficiently and effectively.
"High-performance athletes can train AQUAPOWER with minimal impact on their joints due to the buoyancy of water that helps to reduce weight-bearing on joints and decreases the risk of injury."
AQUAPOWER provides resistance, which forces the muscles to work harder. This leads to an increase in cardiovascular performance, which is beneficial for high-performance athletes.
"AQUAPOWER exercises can enhance muscle strength and endurance due to the resistance provided by water. The resistance of water forces the muscles to work harder which leads to increased strength and improved endurance."
AQUAPOWER is an effective way to burn calories and reduce body fat. This is because it is a full-body workout that engages multiple muscle groups.
Reduced stress on joints: Seniors may experience pain or discomfort when performing certain exercises on land, but AQUAPOWER training can be done in a supportive and low-impact environment, reducing stress on joints and making exercise more comfortable.
Strengthening and retraining muscles: AQUAPOWER is useful in building strength and retraining muscles that have atrophied or have been weakened due to injury. This can help to improve muscle function and speed up the rehabilitation process.
