For BIRTHDAY PARTIES $100 deposit is required to reserve the facility and the balance is due 1 day prior to the party. (Deposit can be fully refunded if party is cancelled with 2 weeks in advance).

Note: A Fee of $45 will be charged for every 15 minutes that passes the rented time.

In the event that a BIRTHDAY PARTY needs to be cancelled, Aquamotion Swim School must be informed with at least with 7 days in advance. In this case, the $100 deposit can be applied to a new date or used towards a tuition or merchandise at the school.

The deposit for the BIRTHDAY PARTY is non-refundable if cancelled with 48 hours or less before the event.

Please note: On an exceptional case, due to operational needs we do reserve the right to cancel / change the date of the party or event as deemed necessary.
